The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at City University Organizes a Workshop on Enhancing Students’ Mental Health: “Stress and Feelings Managrment During the Crises”

As part of prioritizing mental health as a societal necessity, the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at City University, in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch, Dr. Abdullah Hiles’ Clinic for Psychological, Social, and Educational Support, and the “Ready for Tomorrow” Association, organized a workshop titled: “Stress and Feelings Managrment During the Crises.”

The workshop aimed to integrate academic expertise with community support by offering innovative interactive activities that promote psychological awareness and help students effectively address their daily challenges.

The workshop was led by Dr. Abdullah Hiles and trainer Ayman Ziad Al-Qass, who focused on practical aspects through real-life applications designed to develop skills in managing stress and emotions during difficult circumstances.
