The Faculty of Business Administration at City University Hosts a Lecture on Enhancing Students’ Career Readiness

As part of its commitment to bridging academic learning with practical experience, the Faculty of Business Administration at City University organized a lecture delivered by Mr. Paul Maghazly. The event was attended by the University President, Dr. Walid Dagher, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Dr. Saadallah Halimeh, along with Ms. Najat Mankara, Ms. Ihsan Al-Shami, Ms. Kawthar Yamak, and a large number of students.

During the session, the speaker offered practical insights into current labor market expectations, highlighting the key challenges graduates face when transitioning into professional life. He emphasized that while academic knowledge forms the foundation of success, it must be complemented by skill development and hands-on experience.
