Students from the Nutrition Department at the Faculty of Public Health at City University gained hands-on exposure to ISO 22000 during an educational visit to Roadster Restaurant and Protein Fruit Pack Company
As part of the university’s efforts to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application, the students organized a field visit to Roadster in Damm and Farz, as well as to Protein Fruit Pack, within the framework of their applied activities for the academic semester.
The visit aimed to introduce students to ISO 22000, an international standard for food safety management that ensures the safe production and handling of food for consumers. Students had the opportunity to observe how this standard is implemented in real working environments, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the importance of food safety within the food industry.
