As part of his courtesy visits to Lebanese university presidents, Dr. Walid Dagher, President of City University, visited Balamand University, where he met with its President, Dr. Elias Warrak, to discuss ways of enhancing academic collaboration between the two institutions.

During the meeting, Dr. Dagher expressed his deep appreciation for Balamand University’s efforts in elevating the quality of higher education, praising its pioneering initiatives in supporting innovation and promoting academic excellence. He emphasized that this visit is part of strengthening the shared vision between the two universities to advance higher education and improve the educational sector in northern Lebanon and the country as a whole.

Both presidents committed to fostering future cooperation between their institutions across various academic and scientific fields, ensuring the continued excellence of higher education and contributing to a better future, with a focus on the role of both universities in driving sustainable development in Lebanon.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Dagher presented a City University shield to Dr. Warrak, wishing him and Balamand University continued progress and success.
