Lebanon Youth Movement Meets with City University President to Strengthen Cooperation
A delegation from the Lebanon Youth Movement, led by Mr. Wadih Hanna, visited City University President Dr. Walid Dagher. The meeting was attended by former MP Mr. Mosbah Al-Ahdab, board member Lawyer Rony Khalil, and Secretary-General of the Board of Trustees of City University, Mr. Hamdi Dernaika.
During the meeting, the delegation congratulated Dr. Dagher on his appointment as university president and praised the university’s leading role in providing high-quality education and enhancing opportunities for young people to acquire scientific and practical skills. Discussions focused on future collaboration by establishing a coordination framework between the university and the movement to support students and organize academic and training activities that empower youth and open new career opportunities.
The two sides also discussed preparing a cooperation agreement that includes educational and training programs, as well as initiatives aimed at strengthening the role of youth in community development, in line with the university’s vision and the movement’s mission to support future generations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continued cooperation and communication to achieve shared goals that serve youth and society.
