City University Signs Cooperation Agreement with “IRADA” to Strengthen Students’ Career Readiness through the “Khoubourat” Program

In a move that reflects its ongoing commitment to students’ futures, City University, represented by its President Dr. Walid Daghir, signed a cooperation agreement with “IRADA,” represented by Mr. Mohammad Al-Ahadab, General Supervisor of the “Khoubourat” Program in North Lebanon and member of the IRADA Businessmen’s Union for Support and Development.

The collaboration was centrally coordinated and overseen by Ms. Shireen Awad, Recruitment Manager, in a way that serves the best interests of students. The signing ceremony was attended by the university’s deans: Dr. Adel Murad, Dr. Riyad Madani, Admiral Hosni Daher, Dr. Saadallah Halimeh, Dr. Iman Baba, and Engineer Rayan Najjar, in addition to Ms. Hala Sawda, Coordinator of the “Khoubourat” Program in the North.

The agreement aims to enhance students’ preparedness for the job market by providing career guidance, employment support services, workshops, and training sessions, as well as facilitating participation in professional events—ultimately helping to meet labor market demands.

During the signing ceremony, Dr. Dagher praised Irada’s continued efforts, noting that the “Khoubourat” Program has become a key pillar in supporting job seekers and expanding their employment prospects, thereby strengthening their professional paths.
