City University mourns the death of Jihad Fadi Bouab, a student from the town of Al-Maashouq in the south, who died as a martyr for the sake of Lebanon as a result of an Israeli airstrike that took his life to join the caravan of martyrs who irrigate the land of the south with their pure blood.

His body was identified at Jabal Amel Hospital through his university card. Jihad is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology for the year 2022-2023 and was an example of a diligent student with high morals and dedication. His death is a great loss to his family and the university.

We extend our blessings and sincere condolences to his family, and ask God to have mercy on him, and to have mercy on all martyrs in the south, in the Bekaa, and in all Lebanese regions, and a speedy recovery for all the wounded.
