A Step Towards a Healthy Society City University Students Organize a Project on Proper Nutrition

City University students organized an innovative project entitled “Healthy Food” as part of the nutrition course, under the supervision of nutritionist Nourhan Al-Ahdab and with the support of the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health.
This project aims to spread awareness among students and the community at large about the importance of a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients, and to prove that it is possible to prepare healthy and delicious dishes at the same time.
This project not only raises awareness of the importance of proper nutrition, but is also a testament to the students’ belonging to their university and their passion for the subject.
